I'm trying for the Art Ross of Blogging Trophy...and that's what being laid up does...it turns one Stephen King-ish in terms of turning out prose.
Um...dude, Zimmer's wearing Yankee pinstipes. Wasn't it the Mets that blew a 13 or 14 game lead?
Peerless, my bad. You're right and I'm wrong--I forgot he blew that lead when he was managing Boston......to the Yankees. I suspect that's about the only pic you can find of Zimmer these days, though.
